Production Facilities

OMZS Enterprises has the excellent Production Facilities to produce Terry Towels since our in-house VAMATEX TERRY LOOMS is the key for us to insured quality and in time deliveries. Moreover, we are using latest processing technology such as high temperature dyeing (HT) and for the best finishing we proceeded with air box dryer that tumble the towels with high pressure of air that cause the dazzling extra soft hand feel and more bulky Towels.

Data Color:

We have inconceivable Towels Colors Matching System through data colors machine which provide us the excellent opportunities to work with world best brands to maintain the continue matching of the shades.

DYEING & BLEACHING:

OMZS Enterprises has proceeded very successfully processing operations with almost 1 million pounds productions per month including J box, atmospheric soft flows, HT Jets, and Air box dryer.

WEAVING:

Our weaving capacity is almost 0.7 million per month and we have 40 VAMATEX TERRY LOOMS along with 150 DROBOX FAST REED AUTO LOOMS.

STITCHING:

Our stitching machines include lockstitch, over lock, safety, flat lock, bar tack, buttonhole and button sew.

IN-LINE INSPECTIONS:

we have absolute impartial panel of quality controllers since they picked up the samples from running production and tested the parameters as per customers specifications of the orders and our marketing team conclude the results and this practice become fruitful to increase our level of quality from day by day....
